Challenge & Approach
Challenge
The client was running her road safety course through PowerPoint slides, with enrollments managed manually in a basic back office. Nothing was automated: not payment, not student progress tracking, not the final validation required to complete the mandatory course for license renewal.
Our approach
A complete WordPress platform was built from scratch: e-commerce for enrollment and payment, a custom LMS (built on Tutor LMS) with three intermediate tests, then a schedulable final test based on availability. On the day itself, a hybrid validation process combines a Google Meet session with the administrator and an automatically generated access code. Data is then prepared for transmission toward license issuance, with a regulatory 5-year retention period.
