Challenge
The site ran on an old WordPress install that had never been updated, with obsolete plugins that made it barely usable. Thousands of articles, high-quality photos and videos were at risk. No SEO was in place, the subscription system was dead — no new sign-ups at all — and revenue was close to nothing.
Our approach
A new domain and brand were created, boukan.press, with a full WordPress rebuild based on a new design provided by the client. All content was migrated without any loss, then a fresh SEO architecture was built from scratch on the new domain, the subscription system was rebuilt and reactivated, and performance was optimized (PageSpeed, load time).
